Our structure consists of 3 small but comfortable apartments located on the first floor of a building about 100 metres from the walls of San Gimignano. The apartment Roberta has been renovated in 2017, with high quality finishes, and is composed of 1 large double bedroom with TV and desk, a large kitchen with two armchairs, a large bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and is equipped with 2 air conditioners and 2 smart TVs of the latest generation. Guests have the whole apartment at their disposal with use of kitchen and bathroom.

Tourist tax is not included in the price. It must be paid at check-in. The price is € 1.50 per person per night for a maximum of 5 nights, children under 12 years are exempt.

Walking along the street you will be in the heart of the city in about 5 minutes. Parking is available free of charge about 100 metres from the apartment. The accommodation, as mentioned above, has been recently renovated with high quality materials and finishes, with air conditioning, dishwasher and Hoover washer-dryer, high thermal and acoustic insulation windows. Finally, it is equipped with 2 32" Smart TVs with USB and HDMI input, connected to the network, where you can watch the most popular applications such as Netflix, YouTube, Infinity, Tim vision, etc. As mentioned above, it consists of 1 large room, a kitchen with dishwasher and 2 very comfortable armchairs, a bathroom with shower and washer-dryer. All the apartments are equipped with Wifi with TIM 100 Mbps fibre. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette, dishwasher, fridge, mixer and toaster. In the apartment you will also find a coffee machine, electric oven, microwave oven, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, fans, sheets, blankets, towels, hairdryer, soap, shower gel, dishes and everything you need for your stay. As already mentioned, the proximity of the village and the possibility of parking without having to leave the car in the various paid car parks make it very convenient, from where you can easily reach the most important places in Tuscany, such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, Montecatini Terme, Volterra, etc. The bus stop for the main Tuscan towns is just a few dozen metres away.
